We had Kayla for one team session and she was great. She was quickly able to narrow in on improvement points, explain them clearly including why they are important and demonstrate so they can execute. She found a balance on pushing them to get better while motivating to ensure the fun remains. We will definitely be using her in the future.

Just two sessions in and my 11 year-old daughter has had a very positive experience with Kayla! Kayla takes the time to patiently explain things to my daughter, builds confidence and is creating a positive environment where my daughter feels encouraged and supported. My daughter looks forward to her sessions and is feeling inspired by her time training with Kayla. I would recommend her to any parent. J
